Two(2) Things To Stay Away From Once You Clock 40 Years And Above

What you eat, how you eat, and when you eat are all crucial to your health.

You need to start paying more attention to what you eat as you get older if you want to help maintain your health or keep it functioning at an optimal level.

You should also avoid foods that are harmful to your health, such as the three I will discuss below.

40 is a significant age in the life of any man or woman, and your health can deteriorate or improve depending on the type of food you eat.

If you eat unhealthy foods, your health will deteriorate and you may not enjoy your golden years.

Meat in Red

Beef, goat, or other types of red meat could be used. They have a high level of cholesterol, which can build up in the walls of your blood vessels and impair, block, or occlude the flow of blood through the blood vessels, leading to the death of the cells or organs they supply, a condition known as infarction. Overall, this may result in a stroke or heart attack.

Instead of eating red meat, try eating white meats like chicken or turkey more often.

It is far healthier and more delicious than red meat.

Carbonated beverages

These drinks are typically high in added sugar, which can lead to obesity, which is a risk factor for health problems such as diabetes and heart attacks, both of which can result in morbidity.

My advice here is to consume fruits more frequently instead of carbonated drinks, or to use your fruits to make fruit punches or juice.

This is far healthier than drinking a carbonated beverage. This may be difficult to do, but if you value your health and want to live a healthy life after the age of 40, you must avoid carbonated beverages. Thanks.
