According to the centre for disease control, cdc.gov, every year about 805,000 Americans get diagnosed with a Heart attack - a number that was expected to shoot to 1,055,000 in 2019.

The heart is a very important organ within our body that needs serious attention every day. Heart attack on the other hand is a medical condition that results in the blockage of blood to the heart.

This result in a build of 'waste pulp' called plaque which occurs when fat deposit remains in the artery tubes for a long time. some of our habits that lead to the formation of the plaque include;

1. Sitting in a particular place all-day

2. Over stressing the body

3. Drinking too much alcohol

4. Eating or going hard on salts

5. Refusing to get enough sleep
