Things we do daily can sometimes harm our health which we don't know in many ways. Not only in food we eat harms our health but some activities too distroy our health easily. Putting stop to this things will help us not only to live long but to also stay safe.
1. Sitting all day.
Sitting all day is something we usually do but don't know it increase our risk of chronic health problems,such as heart disease, diabetes and some cancer if we sit for too long . Too much sitting can also be bad for our mental health. Being active is not as hard as you think. There are lot of simple ways to include some physical activity in your day.
Paging too is something that harms our health that many people don't know.when paging activity start to increase,the load on the paging device increase and it eventually becomes the bottleneck.
