Cure Menstrual Cramps and bring back Stopped Period with Parsley and Ginger.

Menstrual cramps are painful sensation felt in the lower abdomen which can occurs both before and during periods. The pain starts from dull, and annoying to severe and extreme.

Ginger has also been effective in relieving inflammation, pain and it can help alleviate the pain associate with cramps. Ginger also is use to treat nausea and an upset stomach which are symptoms that sometimes accompany menstruation. Ginger helps to bring back menstruation if it has stopped


How to prepare Parsley tea

Method:

Parsley

Two cups of water

• Take a handful of fresh parsley leaves and wash

• Put two cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

• Put the leaves into the boiling water

• Cook with low heat for another 3 to 4 minutes.

• Allow the tea to cool and drink

NB:

Please do not take parsley if you have high blood pressure or kidney conditions.


How to prepare Ginger tea


Method:

Ginger

Two cups of water

• Wash and cut ginger into small pieces.

• Cook it in boiling water for a few minutes and drink it like soup.

NB:

Do not take ginger if you have bleeding or blood sugar related condition.
