1. Try as much as possible not to eat heavy meals after 5pm
Eating heavy meals before bedtime can cause indigestion to occur which can lead to bloating of the stomach, belching and discomfort. Instead of eating heavily, try taking two fingers of banana to release stress.
2. Drink warm water every night before bedtime.
Doing this keeps you hydrated through the night and will also help the body to rid itself of unwanted toxins. This can also help relief pains in the stomach. To relief yourself of headache or blocked nose, you can add some lemon juice to it.
3. Take a lukewarm shower before bed.
If you really want to have a good sleep, the temperature of the water you use matters a lot. Experts recommend taking a lukewarm shower 2 hours before bedtime and this does the magic.
