Why Should You Eat Tiger Nuts More Often

Tiger nuts are mostly consumed throughout Africa, Europe, and the Mediterranean. It is eaten uncooked or used to make various drinks in Africa. It tastes sweet and almond-like, but it's actually a tuber, not a nut. 

The importance of tiger nuts to our overall health cannot be overstated, as they are high in fatty acids, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making them extremely beneficial to the body.
