Let's learn: Too much exposure to sunlight will make you look older than your age

Y45Everyone is exposed to sunlight about more than 50 percent of his/her life journey on earth. So far as you go outside you will be exposed to the sun, so it's important to know the effects of sun exposure.

A research under the department of American Academy of Family Physicians says that children, teens, and young adults, who are 10 to 24 years of age, about the dangers of too much sun exposure. So am taking this medium to alert you how to protect yourselves and reduce the risk of skin cancer.

Signs that shows sun burns on the skin


Redness: Your skin will begin to turn red due to an increase in blood flow. It happens overtime ut some times very quick,happen you might not know you are burnt until you realise this symptom.

Hot skin: your skin may become hot.

Goose bumps : when you realise a sudden bumps without being in any shock or surprise, it is also a sign.

Itchy or tight skin: You may experience a very severe itches on your skin aND can sometimes get very intense.


Early aging: Have you ever seen someone who is vey young, but looks like an old person?Time spent in the sun makes your skin age faster than normal. Signs of this are wrinkled, tight, or leathery skin and dark


Lowered Immune System: White blood cells under goes a lot of stress to protect your skin, so when it burns, the cells have to make another cells which mages the white blood cells weak over time, resulting in weak immune system.

Eye defect: UV rays( rays from tge sun) are very powerful and can damage the tissue in your eyes. They can burn your outer layer which is the cornea. They also can blur your vision. Over time, you can develop cataracts( a chuff-like object) This can cause blindness if left untreated.

Skin cancer: Most skin cancers are very common and treatable. Though Melanoma skin cancer is not as common, but is very severe. Skin cancer can spread to other areas in your body, especially if left untreated.
