Most people normally take in warm milk as a sleeping pill when they are tired or break boredom from the daily activities. This is the possible best option when it’s difficult for you to sleep during the day or at night.
One glass of milk( that is 250 ml) closes the body’s need for tryptophan by 50 percent.
The body then converts the tryptophan( amino acid) into serotonin, this helps control mood and sleep.
However, milk serves as an excellent source of calcium which helps regulate the production of melatonin and also helps strengthen the bones as well.

If you can’t fall asleep, drink a glass of warm milk and honey. It’s a great way of shorten your falling asleep time and also improve the quality of your sleep.
