Heart attack is a situation whereby the flow of blood to the heart is blocked i.e it is due to restriction in the circulation of blood in the heart. These foods contain high level of sugar which leads to weight gain and also increase the triglyceride level which otherwise causes great increase in heart disease.

Most individuals believe saturated fat such as butter has less to do with the cardiovascular disease. However, research shows it raise the risk of heart disease. So i advice you take it occasionally.

4. Deep Fried Foods

Studies has shown that fried food such as fried chicken, fried snacks e.t.c has high tendency to increase the risk of heart disease. It does this by creating a trans fat, a fat that increase the bad type of cholesterol and lower the good type.

5. Candy

Candy is rich in sugar and could spike up sugar level and also with insulin level which could increase obesity and in turn affect the heart disease.
