Josephine Panyin Mensah who was taken to the Takoradi Circuit Court this morning for making the Ghana Police Service to waste unnecessary time, funds and also causing panic pleaded that she is not guilty for the crimes that are levelled against her.
Josephine who confessed on last Friday, which was the 24th of September, 2021 that she faked her pregnancy and kidnapping on Monday morning pleaded not guilty to the crime levelled against her. Her crime was about causing panic to the state and misleading or lying to public officials especially that of the Ghana Police Service.
Josephine Panyin Mensah Simons has as a matter of fact caused a lot of panic to Ghanaians especially people living around takoradi and it's neighboring towns. Whether she confessed or did not confessed to the crime she has indeed put several people in dilemma.
And the fact that she pleaded that she is not guilty to the crimes levelled against her has rather caused more harm and people are talking and reacting angrily to whatever that is happening about her case.
Several netizens have even asked the family of Josephine to conduct their own test and present the results for Ghanaians to know the truth. Besides it will help everyone to know whether the police are rather putting words in her mouth or she has truly been lying all this while.
