Evangelist Patricia Asieduaa as claim by her is popularly known in the country as Nana agradaa. She was found guilty on charges of operating television stations riddle answers and publishing of "Charlatanic materials".
She was sent to Accra circuit Court presided by Mr.Essondoh Emmanuel with her husband. It is been reported that the courts claim her to be guilty and she rejected to be guilty after rejecting herself to be guilty she then just accept to be guilty at the court.
Based on this the court sentenced her with a fine of GHC36,000 for operating television without appropriate documents from the authorities. and also if you don't pay that amount will lead her to 3 years in prison.
Then she was also fine GHC10,000 for display of Charlatanic materials on television. This is a default payment she need to pay and also she will spend other one year in prison .
Mrs. Evangelist Patricia Asieduaa went to the court room with a sack (efiewura suame) full of money and told the lawyers that she is ready to pay them the fine that they gave her. The lawyers then took the money and deducted the total fine amount which was GHC46,000 and gave the rest to her.
Mrs. Evangelist then jubilates in her car singing praises songs and thanking some of Ghanaians for supporting her.
