Xavier-Sosu to finally appear before Court next week after 'tactfully swerving arrest' twice

Francis Xavier-Sosu, the Member of Parliament for the people of Madina in the Greater Accra Region is set to appear before court on Monday, November 8, 2021.

This Court summons is coming from the Ghana Police Service (GPS) for unlawfully blocking the road and destruction of property that is for the general public in his Constituency.

The MP has already 'pulled two smart moves' against them (GPS) and swerved their tactics to grab and get him answer certain questions based on intelligence they gathered after he staged the protest with a group of people in his Constituency.

These statements were made by the Representative of the Public Relations Division of the GPS.

According to Kwesi Ofori, Assistant Commissioner of Police and Spokesperson for the Service the GPS is of thr view that they will use every legal means possible to resolve this matter including interrogating some others who were captured on the scene that they believe were assisting the lawyer protest.
