For the past 24 hours #FixTheCountry has been trending on Twitter and many are wondering why that particular hashtag has been trending for such a longer time.
The Ghanaian youth have recognised that a lot of things are not going well in the nation and that leader must be held accountable. For this reason a lot of people especially the youth have decided to use social media especially Twitter as a medium of communication to announce their grievances to the leaders.
Youth from all walks of life, such bloggers, musicians and media men have joined the campaign to fight for the nation.
A post by musician Kofi Kinaata on Twitter asked the people to list 3 things they want to be fixed. Many suggested that the road network, security system and working conditions are poor and must be fixed. Others also suggested the nation has more than enough problems to be fixed and the leaders must sit up.
