After almost three years, Ghanaians whom were worried about how they invested in Menz Gold and did not get their money back became furious and much worried. Nana Appiah Mensah who is popularly known as (NAM 1) is the chief executive officer of Menz Gold. Has issued to the public that he will repay his customers and clients for he has gone to bankrupt for the last past years. Many citizens believed he is a fraudster but he has clarified, he is a genuine business man. Due to this other customers sued him at court to take back their money.
On 27/05/21, court failed to prosecute to file processes in Nana Appiah Mensah's case. Court addressed to the public that, since Nana Appiah Mensah is currently not in the country it will be meaningless to prosecute to file against him . Court has postponed the date to wait for Nana Appiah Mensah to begin trials.
