"We don't make noise when having sex" - Lawyer Maurice Ampaw

Ghanaian lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has stated that there shouldn't be noise during sexual activity.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw on United Showbiz on Saturday, December 4, 2021 explained.

Speaking on Akuapem Poloo' court case and sentence, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw cautioned parents against bathing with their children who are 10 years of age or going naked before them.

He said it corrupts children morally when one goes naked before the child who is opposite in gender.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw also said in law if partners are making love and the woman shout during the activity, it is called sexual nuisance.

He continued that, there shouldn't be noise when making love.

According to him, it is not an offence though but the law of tort says it is wrong. He said one can moan but not shouting.

Mr Ampaw gave example of partners making love at home as the activity disturb the peace of other neighbors. He said it violates the peace of neighbors.

He also made reference to a neighbor who sent the landlord to the law court over sexual nuisance where the landlord was fined UK.
