Ex-wife of Nii Odartey Lamptey, Gloria Appiah filed an appeal to own his east legon house which has been thrown out by court of Appeal.
According to reports, her appeal has been rejected for the second time since their divorce. This is to claim ownership of the 7 bedroom apartment.
Miss Gloria had filed for ownership in 2019 and was rejected, she then sent another appeal which has been thrown out again.
This legal struggle between the two has been going on for 8years since their divorce.
Although she was given a 4 bedroom house at Dome, a car and GHC 200,000, she seems not satisfied and want more.
This action of hers has angered some Ghanaians. Some do not understand why she can be this greedy or is this some form of witchcraft since she cheated on her ex-husband when they were together. She made him raise three kids who were not Odartey Lamptey’s own blood.
“With all she had done, she should be glad at least she got a good settlement and let the man be” , they said.
Mr. Odartey Lamptey has a new wife, Ruweida Yakubu , who was a former contestant of TV3’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful 2008 and blessed with three children currently.
