Ghana was brought to a standstill after news spread like wildfire after the killing of social media activist Kaaka and two others after the later met their untimely death during the Ejura Youth demonstration against the killing of Kaaka.
As it always has been the norm, Committee was set up to investigate the killing of the Ejura 3. The committee was made up of Justice of the Court of Appeal, Justice George Kingsley Koomson Chairman of the committee],Security Analyst, Dr. Vladimir Antwi-Danso, and the Executive Director of Penplusbytes, Juliet Amoah.
After a hectic 12 days thorough investigation, the committee brought their investigative tool to close and have moved on to analytics stage before they present their reports and recommendations to the interior minister.
Chairmanof the committee, Justice Koomson indicated his satisfaction at the total of 22 Witnesses that willingly testified before the committee.
He promised the good people of Ghana that his team will produce a worthy report that represented what actually happened at Ejura on the 9th on July. He urged the public to exercise restraint and refrain from passing all kinds of frivolous comments about the work of the committee.
