According to Ghone TV court correspondent Murtala Inusah, Her Ladyship Ama Adomako Kwakye didn't waste time on Richard Appiah when he appeared before him as she ordered for him to be sent back into prison custody.
The Judge explained to the courts that, she will have to remand him to reappear on 5th October. This is because although postmortem has been conducted on the Murdered boys, the full report isn't ready.
After her preliminary pronouncement, two criminal investigations department officers dragged Richard Appiah into their vehicle and drove him away Into Police custody.
As usual, all the lawyers in Ghana refused to help the Accused. This morning, he appeared alone in the midst of the police. He hasn't been able to plead guilty or not.
Legally, he will be given the chance to speak after the postmortem result. However, he has been charged for murder already.
Her Ladyship Ama Adomako Kwakye is the sitting judge for the Kaneshie District Magistrate Court in the Greater Accra Region. The case was moved all the way from Sunyani for her to sit on it in Accra.
