The law of this country still holds and as said by a popular celebrity not long ago on peace fm, you will never see the essence or the power of the law until it humbles you.
People sometimes assume that there are no laws in the country and they feel these laws that we hear of or see being implemented only apply to a group of people but that is not it.
Earlier this week, there were issues concerning a request of the presence of Nana Appiah Mensah and two other people who were to present themselves before court.
Their presence was demanded because of charges that were pinned on them after their businesses in the country took another turn.
The menzgold saga took the nation by storm and led to the loss of human lives. As a result, people who are tweeting about this thinks the CEO for Zylofon and menzgold should have at least reported himself.
But despite the numerous attempts by the court, he did not show up. As a result, a warrant for his arrest has been granted by the adenta circuit court and will be needed to respond to the charges against him.
According to reports from star fm and other reputable news platforms, Nana Appiah Mensah has been charged with a conspiracy to defraud people by false pretense.
This is a serious matter that shouldn’t have been prolonged at least on the path of Nana Appiah as many people have suggested.
They think the zylofon boss should have just reported himself and sorted out the issue and see how best he and the court can come into some form of agreement but it’s late now.
We are patiently waiting to see if this bench warrant for his arrest will yield any outcome as police are currently ready to take him in.
