Reaction As Tilapia The Cartoonist Drops This Cartoon

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana, Justice Kwesi Anim Yeboah has been accused of demanding a bribe of US$5,000,000 to assist Nana Ogyeedom Obranu Kwesi Atta VI to win up his case in the Supreme Court. This allegation came from Lawyer Kwesi Afrifa whose client was Nana Ogyeedom Obranu Kwesi Atta VI.

Lawyer Kwesi Afrifa explained in a letter he published that Justice Kwesi Anim Yeboah had already collected US$500,000 of the US$5,000,000 bribe and Lawyer Akoto Ampaw has been made the legal council to his client for easy win the case in court.

This news has even propelled the Alliance For Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA) to show an interest in the case and has yesterday, Monday, 12th July 2021 petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) to investigate the bribery allegation levelled against the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

It was upon this that Tilapia The Cartoonist drew this photo below to portray how the US$5,000,000 bribe was initiated by Justice Anim Yeboah. This is what Tilapia wrote on his official Facebook page:

"The $5M ways and means bribery allegation!"

This propelled a Ghanaian known as Bis Mark to reacted that "Tsikata's last statement during by the 2020 election petition". And Lawyer Tsatsu's last statement according to him was taken from the Holy Scriptures Hosea 8:7 that states that " For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up".

This quotation in relationship to this bribery allegation about Justice Anim indicates, that Lawyer Tsatsu saw that the judgement passed by the Supreme Court in 2020 was not a fair one but the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Ex-President John Dramani Mahama has nothing to do because someone or something is in control of their petition.

And today as the Chief Justice, AnimYeboah has been accused taking bribe from the ordinary Ghanaian, they know that someone or something.
