Josephine Panyin Mensah has been suspected and accused for allegedly faking pregnancy and kidnapping for which she had pleaded not guilty.
The bail on Josephine Panyin Mensah requested for 50,000 and with two sureties which one is for her justification but after the days trail and the Takoradi circuit court granted Josephine Mensah her bail conditions and the woman is still in the custody of the police.
Josephine Panyin Mensah's Lawyer Phillip Fiifi Buckman in an interview told journalists that, a property was presented by family members of Josephine Mensah for her bail process but the property did not meet the requirements for the bail conditions.
Missing but found Josephine Mensah who faked her kidnap and pregnancy is still in the custody of the Takoradi police.
