The Ghana Police service has issued a statement showing how the High Court has ruled in their favour to restrain the organisers of the June 4th armed demonstration.
On the first of June, the police filed a motion to the high Court to restrain the organisers who are planning to embark on an armed demonstration. The criminal High Court "4" sat on the case today at Accra High Court. After hearing both sides, the court granted the Order to restrain organisers of the intended demonstration.
The police has made their intentions clear that they are not against peaceful demonstration. However, they will do anything in their power to make sure that Ghanaians are safe. What are your thoughts on this article regarding the statement by the Ghana Police Service? I am for peace and will support any action that the police will do to ensure peace and sanity in our country. Have a great day.
