Sam George Makes Mockery Of The 170 Million Dollar Judgment Debt Ruled Against Ghana

A UK court has awarded a 170 million dollar judgment debt against Ghana for wrongfully terminating the contract of an independent power producer, Ghana Power Generation Company (GPGC) Limited.

The Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram Constituency Samuel Nartey George has mockingly said that perhaps we can start a 'susu' business with the balance of the 170 million euros loan from Germany after paying the 170 million dollars judgment debt incurred.

Sam George made this statement in a post he tweeted on Twitter some few hours ago following the 170 million dollar judgment debt ruled against Ghana by a UK court.

According to him, it looks like someone doesn't know the judges in London.

"Looks like someone doesn't know the judges in London. We just took a loan of €170m to start a bank from Germany, and now we have to pay $170m in judgment debts. Maybe we can start a susu business with the change left. Ghana, my Ghana." - he posted on Twitter
