The Sekondi Commercial Court A managed by Her Ladyship, Justice Sedina Agbemava, has cancelled a seat warrant gave on Monday, December 6, 2021, for the capture of the Member of Parliament for Jomoro, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, for the situation where her citizenship is being tested.
She should deal with scorn indictments since she neglected to show up in court at the last sitting.
