High Court dismisses application challenging NDC MP’s election

A Sekondi High Court managed by Equity Dr. Richmond Osei Hwere has excused a political decision request trying to challenge the qualification of the Public Popularity based Congress (NDC) Individual from Parliament (MP) for Jomoro in the Western Locale Dorcas Affo-Toffey.
