'Brothers at War'; NDC MPs 'fight' each other over LGBTQ laws

Madina NDC MP stands on anti-gay laws in Ghana has forced his colleague former NDC MP from Kumbungu to roast him saying his commentaries, concerning the LGBTQ laws are in opposition to the views of the people he represents.

This warning came after the Human Rights lawyer, MP Francis Xavier Sosu rebuke the speaker of parliament Alban Bagbin in strong language stating among things his anti-LGBTQ posture doesn't represent the views of Parliament.

This bold statement did not sit well with Ras Mubarak who has taken to social media to warn his colleague Madina MP for making such comments against the proposed bill, which he believes is not supported by the majority of the people he represents.

Ras Mubarak writes:

The Madina MP is courageous but foolishly courageous. He’s in Parliament representing the people of Madina. If he’s minded, the majority of the people he represents are very opposed to the things he seeks to defend. He is a lost cause and quite sad he’s not putting his constituents first. And for the record, I had called Sosu on Friday and Saturday to see if what had been attributed to him in the last 3days is true, but got no response.

Meanwhile, Eng Prof has written long a lecture titled 'fixing Ghana starts from 'Sodom' and 'Gomorrah' - Eng Prof writes'

The remarks contained in the lecture appeared strongly in defense of the proposed LGBTQ bill. In particular, the historical precedence and economic ramifications of LGBTQ law in Ghana. Click on the link above to review it.
