Group Initiates Court Action Against Gov't. Parliament To Be Petitioned To Make Urgent Changes

It's a bad news for the Government led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo as small scale miners Association group has initiated a court action following his command to burn all escavators at mining sites.

Philip Bawa who is the immediate past secretary of the Small scale miners Association is also petitioning parliament to make urgent changes to force President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo's burning directives.

They also vowed to make the NPP government unpopular because they have rendered them jobless and useless in their respective communities.

Emmanuel Mensa who is the current secretary also vowed to go down to every length to make sure that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo's government pays for all the burnt Escavators.

Their action follows the President's Own Words that, anybody who doesn't agree to the burning of escavators should go to court and seek redress.

Will they succeed in court ?
