Sahada Hudu, wife of the Late Ibrahim Muhammed Kaaka, made an appearance before the committee of enquiry set up by the Government to to probe the chaos that ensued after the death of Ibrahim Kaaka. One thing that was very dominant at today's public hearing was that, all the panelist who questioned her constantly complimented her on her intelligent reply to questions. That one aside, they complimented her as a brilliant wife for knowing almost everything about her husband and her tendency to raise five beautiful daughters. Her response to a question posed by one of the panelists which proves this assertion is, " What do you want the Committee to do for you and what recommendation do you want us to write so that it does not happen again?"
On the normal grounds, one would expect her to say that she wanted financial aid or support or perhaps she would demand for some of her material needs. Contrary to this expectation, she told the enquiry to investigate the death of her husband and quickly find the killer of her husband. Also, she insisted that they call the woman who alleged that the brother of her husband was the prime suspect.
See her response, " All that I am seeking is that, you conduct your investigation well and find out the one who caused my husband's death. Then the one who testified against my husband brother that he might have killed my husband, she must be called to bring her evidence.
