With that been said, let’s get right into this article.

The popularly known Ghanaian journalist and managing editor of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has sparked massive stir, debates and arguments across all social media platforms after boldly sending another strong message to the largest opposition party, NDC for asking the Chief Justice, Anin Yeboah to step aside following the $5 million bribery allegation made against him.

The opposition party, NDC in a recent press conference led by the National Secretary of the party, Asiedu Nketiah highlighted that, the Chief Justice has to step aside temporarily in order for further investigations by the Crime Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police following the $5 million bribery allegations made against him.

Speaking on the most anticipated “Kokrokoo” show on Peace Fm, Kweku Baako was given the privilege to express his opinion on the Chief Justice’s bribery allegations issue which has been causing massive stir online.

With respect to this, Kweku Baako unexpectedly expressed his disappointment in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party for asking the Chief Justice to step aside for further investigations into the bribery allegations which has been causing lots of confusion online.

“I have not seen anywhere in the constitution which says if you have a case against the Chief Justice, he should step aside. There are procedures to follow and it’s in the constitution; step aside is alien. They should go by the law if they are sure the Chief Justice has done something wrong, they should go by the law otherwise, it’s a sheer waste of precious time and space”, Kweku Baako emphatically stated.

Do you think the Chief Justice should not step aside following the $5 million bribery allegation made against him as claimed by Kweku Baako even though the NDC and some Ghanaians think otherwise?
