Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM 1 CEO of defunct company MenzGold company limited, has been in the news again after an Accra High Court Judge, Justice Afia Serwaa Asare Botwe granted the Financial and Economic Crimes Division of the Accra High Court ( EOCO ) permission to sell properties of Nana Appiah Mensah. The order followed by a motion which was filed by EOCO appealing to the court to give them the authority to sell properties of the company.


EOCO is cleared to sell 11 MenzGold properties which includes 2 Trasacco houses owned by Nam 1. The companies include Brew Energy, G-Tech Automobile Service, Zylofon Art complex, Brew Marketing Consult, Star Football Club, Zylofon Music and Media company limited and the two Houses with an uncompleted residential property and 510 acres of land owned by Nam One was also frozen by the court. MenzGold had initially stated that, they are paying their clients
