Nana Appiah Mensah, Popularly known as Nam 1, has been hit with a bench warrant arrest by the Adenta Circuit Court presided by Mrs. Sedinam Awo Balokah. The court has issued a Bench warrant for the Immidiate arrest of the Nam1 CEO of defunct group MenzGold. Nana Appiah together with two other people namely, Gabriel Kwamigah and Eric Amponsah Bediako are being wanted by the Adenta Circuit court hence the bench warrant. 
They case leveled against them is conspiring to defraud and defrauding worth $210.0000. The court ordered for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah and the two others after the court gave them two days to appear and answer to the charges levelled against them on Tuesday, but they did not show up in court. Their lawyer told the court that, they have not been served but rather his client just received a call from the court giving him a hint of the Court summons. 


This statement from Nam 1s lawyer made the judge angry and demanded for the number of the staff who called Nana Appiah to inform him, whiles they have their channel of communication.
