Basically, an air conditioner is divided into two main parts: one half inside your room containing an evaporator and a filter, and an outer half with a condensing coil, fan and compressor. The part which is the evaporator and filter are fixed inside the room because that is what produces the cool air and the other part which is the condensing coil, fan and compressor are always placed outside the room because it actually produces heat despite the fan cooling it down.
But looking at the picture below, the owner switched the parts by placing the evaporator and filter which will give him cool air outside the room and placed the condensing coil, fan and compressor rather inside the room. The questions: Which electrician fixed the air conditioner for the owner or he fixed it himself? Does the owner feel the cool breeze in the room after installation?
This picture beats the imagination of many Ghanaians as some burst into laughter on social media. Others said that this cannot be the fault of an electrician. It is probably the owner who tried to fix it himself leading to this.
Check out some reactions from some Ghanaians below:
A Facebook user known as Hon Osman Nana Bashad hilariously reacted that "But come to think of it the outdoor unit will give some cool air".
