Many ladies generally love their men to be taller than they are. A lot of the time, a lot of men and women both young and old love to grow taller everyday. A person generally stops growing taller after he of she goes through puberty. It means that as an adult, you are unlikely to increase your height. There are however some things that you can do to throughout your adolescence that can help you to increase your height.

Sleep helps to relieve the amount of stress on your spine. When you sleep at night while lying on a bed, your spines are not affected by the pressure of the body weight, and consequently the intervertebral discs relax and stretch. If we decide to measure ourself in the morning, we will notice an increase of about 1/2 or 0.5cm to your height the day before.

2 . Eat a balanced diet

It is very important that you get all of the nutrients your body needs to grow well. Eating a balanced diet will help you to get all the necessary nutrients to develop well and increase your height.

3 . Exercising and Staying Active

Regular and consistent exercise a lot of benefits. It helps to strengthen your muscles and bones, helps you to maintain a healthy body stature It also helps to promote HGH production.
