Many ladies generally love their men to be taller than they are. A lot of the time, a lot of men and women both young and old love to grow taller everyday. It is very important that you get all of the nutrients your body needs to grow well. Eating a balanced diet will help you to get all the necessary nutrients to develop well and increase your height.
3 . Exercising and Staying Active
Regular and consistent exercise a lot of benefits. It helps to strengthen your muscles and bones, helps you to maintain a healthy body stature It also helps to promote HGH production.
