Fame and popularity has become the order of the day and has gotten most people busy to do things all in the name of trend, fame and hype. People go extra mile, defiling the norms of society just to be noticed in the same society; Some on a good note and others on a bad one. This article seeks to point out some ways people use all in the name for trends and whether these acts should be encouraged.
Nak*dness and Nudity
With this way of searching for hype and to trend, people expose their vital parts and supposed hidden body parts on social media since claiming to have been leaked. Since those parts are sensitive ones, people can't stop talking hence, their targets will be achieved and they'll be followed on all media handles.
This is another way people seek to trend. With this, they just attack others (influential or prominent people) for no concrete or tangible reason. These attacks are mostly in verbal forms and sometimes are lies said against others. Because, the victims are prominent and influential, people will like to follow the beef and in turn, the attacker get his or her recognition and hence being popular but not on a good note.
'Beef' is most common in the entertainment industry and some popular ones are; Shatta Wale and Samini, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, Sarkodie and M.anifest, Shatta Wale and Yaa Pono.
These are just few of the ways people seek for their popularity and fame. You can comment other ways you know of in the comment section
