There are no two ways about the fact that the economy is hard. That notwithstanding, we must sometimes find room to laugh out the stress and move on in life as Ghanaians. The following article 'why Ghana isn't like the UK' is a joke intended just to crack your ribs. Any resemblance whatsoever is merely coincidence.
Enjoy with care.
Akufo Adu met with the Queen of England in London and the following ensured
Akufo Adu: How do you run such an efficient government here? Are there any tips you can give to me? I want to help Ghana.
QUEEN: The most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people.
Akufo Adu: How do I know the people around me are really intelligent?
QUEEN: Oh, that's easy. Just ask them to answer an intelligent riddle.
The Queen sent for Boriz Jonsin. Boriz Jonsin walked into the room,
Boriz: Yes, your Majesty. You sent for me.
QUEEN: Answer this riddle. Theresa, your mother and father have a child, it is not your brother and it is not your sister. Who is it?"
Boris: Hmmm... that would be me.
QUEEN: Yes, very good.
When Akufo Adu returned to Ghana, he sent for Hawa Kumsin
Hawa Kumsin walked into Akufo Adu's office.
Hawa Koomson: Sir you called me.
Akufo Adu: Yes, sit down and answer this; Your mother and your father have a child, it's not your brother and it's not your sister, who is it?.
Hawa Kumsin: I'm not sure, let me get back to you sir.
She asked all her staff in the office but none could give her an answer. Hawa Kimsin then ran to Oku Boy
Hawa Kumsin asked: Your mother and father have a child and it's not your brother or sister, who is it?"
Oku Boy: That's easy. It's me!
Hawa Kumsin smiled and said, Thanks! Then he went back to speak with Akufo Adu.
Hawa Koomson : Sir, I have the answer to the riddle, It's Oku Boy!
Akufo Adu got angry, and said to Hawa Kumsin ; No wonder Ghana isn't moving forward, I am surrounded by dummies! The answer is Boriz Jonsin!!!
I beg don't laugh alone, make someone laugh too by sharing this joke. Like and follow me for news and more
