Dipo is a kind of festival celebrated in the Eastern Region to mark the passage of young girls from their childhood to adolescent transition and to show such a girl is ready for
marriage and child bearing. The rites are meant for only girls who have been able to keep their chastity from their childhood to their adolescent period.
Berla Mundi has not only passed her childhood and adolescent period but is at the climax of her womanhood and this is what caused Ghanaian's and Netizen's to be struck by awe as she partook in this year's celebration's.
Well for a girl or lady to be qualified for such communion is only meant for the gods and elders of the community to decide and has she has successfully passed through all the rites, we congratulate her on the new chapter opened by herself in her life.
