I will just go straight to the point. Whenever you feel hungry at night you should remember that eating at that time is not a good idea. As a matter of fact you need to eat your last meal at at most six o'clock on the evening.
After that you shouldn't eat anything again under normal circumstances.
But if you happen to be hungry at night, you can simply drink just water. This water will fill your stomach and give you a feeling of fullness and satiaty.
If you still feel uncomfortable and hungry and feel you should eat then you should consider eating something very light and simple.
Light soup is a very good idea of a delicacy for such a time. You can also resort to bread and other light foods.
Do not eat any complex food especially oily food and food that contains complex meats. Share to friends and loved ones.
