To help you, do not hesitate to visualize the following after a good relaxation session: imagine that the person you are angry with is in front of you and let a channel of light coming from your heart reach his. A daily exercise that can make all the difference!
8. Compare yourself
Each person is simply unique. I love the quote that says, "You could be the juiciest peach in the world and there's still someone who doesn't like peaches."
Even little white lies can be toxic. Choose to tell the truth at all times and people will respect you for your honesty. Remember it's all in the way you say it.
10. Living in the past
What if you move forward instead of backward? All that matters is the present moment and your ability to move forward. Focus on your dreams and goals, on who you are and who you want to become. Of course, it's impossible to change everything at once, overnight. Instead, pick one or two aspects you want to work on before moving on to the next ones. And be indulgent.
