Once again, Captain Smart has spoken, this time venting his spleen as he puts on smiley face. In the past week, he revealed a lot about the current state of the "J. A. Kuffour 38 military hospital" at Afari in the Atwima Nwabiagya District of the Ashanti region. In his words he indicated allegedly that the District Chief Executive of the area has confirmed what Captain Smart has revealed. In an audio played, a voice supposed to be that of the DCE confirmed that he had to seek permission from the military high command before entering into the hospital premises. Captain also revealed that he has received a report that the health directorate has confirmed the hospital will be put to use by the end of this year 2021. On his show this morning, Onua Maakye, he added that in spite of all the backlashes and the attacks he received for reporting on the Afari military hospital, his work has now began to bear fruits.
