The military coup d'état in Guinea came as a surprise to the whole world. This is because Colonel Mamady Doumboya was very close to the President of the Republic of Guinea, His Excellency Professor Alpha Condé. It was this same President who personally recruited Mamady Doumboya from French legionnaire to head a Special Forces Group in Guinea.
After the coup, the people hit the street to jubilate about the military takeover. The Chairperson of the Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS), His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo sent a strong warning to the military coup in Guinea. He demanded the proper treatment and immediate release of President Alpha Condé and other officials who were with him when they arrested him.
This warning from the ECOWAS Chair has not been responded to by the military. It appears they do not respect and care about any threat as some of their military men were captured having a good time with ladies after the coup. Looking at the picture below, the military man and lady are seriously having good kissing together. Some Ghanaians said that she is probably the wife or the girlfriend of the soldier.
And she is very proud of him so she has to come and congratulate him on such a victory with kissing. The way the other soldier is looking at them shows that he is a little bit jealous and happy for them.
Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus said that "After coup d'etat, enjoyment". Soldiers also have feelings and it was good for her woman to come and calm things down. The journey has not been easy for them.
