Civilians have been killed in Ukraine since Russia's invasion began. 4,074 civilians have died in Ukraine since February 24.

Since the beginning of the events in Ukraine on February 24, 4,074 civilians have died, 4,826 citizens have been injured, according to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. This is the updated data as of May 30th. Among the dead - 262 children.

In Donetsk and Luhansk regions, 2,307 civilians were killed and 2,730 wounded.
According to the UN, 136 people died and 569 were injured on the territory of the regions controlled by the DPR and LPR.
On the territory of the regions controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, 2171 people were killed, 2161 were injured.
In other regions of Ukraine, 1,767 people died and 2,096 were injured.
Now, many refugees have left Ukraine, since the start of the war, while people had been displaced within the country. Approximately one-quarter of the country's total population had left their homes in Ukraine. 90% of Ukrainian refugees are women and children.
