Iran confirmed supplies of new weapons to Russia: "Where they are used is not the seller's problem”

The agreement between Iran and Russia was concluded on October 6, when an Iranian delegation arrived in Moscow.
One of the Iranian diplomats confirmed that the Russians had requested more drones and Iranian precision-guided ballistic missiles, particularly the Fateh and Zolfaghar missile types.
Iran also rejected claims by Western officials that such arms transfers violate a 2015 UN Security Council resolution.
"Where they are used is not the seller's problem. We do not take sides in the Ukraine crisis like the West. We want to see the crisis resolved diplomatically," the Iranian diplomat said.
On October 17 and 18, 51 Shahid-136 unmanned aerial vehicles, 10 cruise missiles and a Su-25 attack aircraft, with which the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine, were shot down, Yuri Ignat, spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force Command, said
