The founder and Chief Executive officer of IMANI Center For Policy And Education Think Tank Franklin Cudjoe has angrily reacted to the news of military rampage in the Upper West region, beating Everyone they meet on the streets.
Information gathered suggest that about 150 soldiers stormed Wa today and brutalised anyone they met because a thief snatched the phone of a soldier last night.
According to Franklin Cudjoe, the soldiers were wrong to behave with such impunity. "How can you visit mayhem on a whole town because one person's phone got stolen? That is ridiculous."
Hon Rodney added that, the brazen boldness of the thief is intriguing. According to him, he can't imagine what would have happened to him if he was caught in the act. He questioned whether the phone snatcher had no idea that he was snatching a military man's phone.
Franklin Cudjoe expressed disappointment in the act of the military for beating anyone at all they meet on the way while it's only one person who stole the phone.
