AK 47 Gun Man At ANC Mall Finally Grabbed By The Ghana Police With Help From The Military.

The Ghana Police Department has finally been able to arrest the young man who fired shots from an AK 47 at the A&C Mall in Accra, East Legon on the 31st of December, 2021 in welcoming the New year. The young man whose name was given as Flight Sergeant Nicholas Owusu Frimpong was arrested on January 3rd, 2022 by the Ghana Police with help from the Military Police.

A press statement was released by the Director of Public Affairs, Superintendent Alexander Kwaku Obeng prior to the arrest of Mr. Frimpong inciting that his action is a criminal act as he yielded the firearm in an unnecessary and unlawful way. Flt. Sergeant Nicholas Owusu Frimpong has been detained as investigations proceeds. Below is the press release of the Ghana Police department:
