The Supreme Court today gave a verdict on the review that the lead counsel for the National Democratic Congress, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata today, Tuesday, 30th March 2021 as it noted after hearing out the review of him.
Mr. Tsikata challenges the court to review their decision on quashing out the injunction that was placed on the member of Parliament for the Hohoe Constituency by the Ho High Court. According to him, the people of SALL were denied the right to vote and therefore, without the votes of the people of SALL, Mr. Peter Amewu cannot be recognized as the MP for the Hohoe Constituency.
The Supreme Court today has rule out the application for review by the lead counsel for the National Democratic Congress. The Supreme Court in Unanimous decision quashed out the review of Mr. Tsikata.
