In a press release shared on the official Facebook page of the Ghana Police Service, Officials revealed that any person, other than a law enforcement officer, who furnishes information leading to the arrest of the suspects will receive a reward of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (Gh¢ 10.000.00) from the Western Regional Security Council.
The suspect who numbering about six were beleived to have robbed and shot a man who has been identified as Mr. Charles Kwakye and his wife Monica Nda on 12th April, 2021 at Amanfu, a suburb of Takoradi are on the manhunt list of the Central Regional Police Command.
"Any person with such information should report to the nearest police station or call the Western Region Police Command on the telephone number 0249983333, 0244591076 and 0245961522. You can also call toll free on 18555, 191 and 122 to reach the police or send a WhatsApp message to the Police on 02026639122", the release noted.
The Command forther through the release assured informants of utmost confidentiality, while assuring especially the residents of Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis and it's environs that the security situation is calm and u Der control. it stressed that REGSEC have out sufficient measure in place to maintain law and order.
