Ghanaian Raggae dancehall artist , Ras Kuuku has come out to share his displeasure with the issue of a first-year Achimota College student who has been denied admission due to his hairstyle (dreadlocks). This whole progeny begun when Ghanaians lashed out their disappointment at the authorities of the Achimota College for refusing to grant admission to the said student.
Being a concerned citizen; Raggae dancehall artist at the 2020 Ghana Music Awards, Ras Kuuku has also shared his thoughts. According to Ras Kuuku, the 'Rasta hair' is a way of life so nobody can decide how other people grow their hair. He also added that it is irritational, abnormal and against humanity to sack a student because of his locks. He also announced that Ghanaians a enjoy music from musicians who have locks.
Ras Kuuku made this bold statement in a Facebook post on Friday, 19th March 2020.
