Dr. Mensa Otabil and his International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), have become a household name and thousands of university graduates, young working couples, youthful persons, etc, have identified with the church as members. Its is undoubtedly true that, Dr. Mensa Otabil is a blessed man and truly a millionaire by all standards because, his church is blessed and consistently rising fast.
However, I have chanced on one of his pastors and spiritual sons, who have also attained the status of a wealthy man, obviously from the blessings of God and his ever flourishing business endeavours.
He is ordained Pastor and Real Estate Entrepreneur Steve Debrah-ablormeti, who is the Lead Pastor at the ICGC Light Temple, which is just one of about six (6) branches of International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), all based at East Legon.
He trained as a pastor and completed ICGC's flagship ministerial training program at the Daniel Institute and was ordained officially as a pastor in ICGC by his spiritual father and pastor, Dr. Mensa Otabil, as in 2012, the Almighty God called him to do his work as a Pastor.
Having served as a Pastor for over eight (8) years now, Engineer Stephen Debrah-Ablormeti passed through the rank as Council Member and Associate Pastor before he reached his current position of planting and managing this fast growing branch of the church.
He is the CEO and lead shareholder at CPL Developers, owners of several real estate projects and several building units numbering thousands and are into building challenging projects and delivering high value jobs with Creativity, Innovation & Precision, here in Ghana.
CPL Developers is a luxury residential lifestyle property brand that creates contemporary urban-inspired homes in Accra’s prime best connected locations. CPL’s ethos is rooted in innovation from creating comfortable lifestyle spaces for the savvy urban investor . The brand strives to constantly evolve in design , finishing and bringing customers the most advanced technologies available in homes today.
CPL developers has over the years become a strong brand in the real estate market in Ghana and beyond specialized building and delivering breathtaking properties in central locations in Accra. Their in-depth industry know-how informs the design concept, choice of location and the value every single project brings to its numerous clients.
That young Ghanaian, who also is professionally an Engineer, is using his experiences in the country’s real estate industry to develop low income, middle income, and the high end houses for urban Ghanaians and other nationals living in the West African country and under his dynamic leadership, his firm has so far built about 2,800 housing units since its inception, as he shared in this video found here at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FtllExgt2E (VIDEO).
Additionally, the young affable Ing. Debrah-Ablormeti is building magnificent houses in some strategic locations in urban Accra. The company’s gated communities of 120 houses are located in these prime areas. For instance his company has villa developments in north of Dzorwulu, and Airport West respectively. Mr Debrah-Ablormeti’s gated community project which is a bespoke home for Ghanaians in and outside the country, is decently built with the needs of the dwellers (customers) in mind.
The project as the name connotes has a tall, long, walled street, a green area as well as security service to protect the residences from theft. These are the things that entice Ghanaian homebuyers.
He is indeed a blessed man and many estimates his wealth, to be in the thousands of Ghana cedis.
