The Lynx Entertainment signee, Kidi has expressed his unhappiness on some criticism made by some Christians and Gospel musicians in some recent times obvious reasons. Kidi's dissatisfaction comes at the back of unfavorable comments passed by some gospel musicians after the Vodafone Music Award (VGMA 21) 2021.
During an interview on Hitz FM, he said, many Christians and gospel musicians have been painting him as the demon. "You think you can beat 'Adom' with 'Say Cheese' and am I like, am I a demon, am I a devil" he queried. According to him, he always work hard to bring good music to Ghanaians especially his fans and any person who support his music.
He marveled why these Christians enjoy his songs at weddings and now think he is a demon to them. "It is not fair, it is not right, we do music to bring happiness to the people whether Gospel, Highlife or Afrobeat, we share love through our music so I am not a demon", he added. He showed his love and passion for the music industry at whole.
