The National Democratic Congress has held a press conference today, 30th August 2021 at the NDC party headquarters in response to the recent press conference held by the New Patriotic Party on the 26th of August 2021, calling it reckless.
The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress, Sammy Gyamfi Esq. fired back the NPP government over issues raised against the 2020 NDC flagbearer, John Mahama in their recent press conference held.
In his speech, he said, the sitting president Nana Akuffo Addo and his government should not think they have forgotten how they fraudulently took money from Ghanaians, of which he made mention of the PDS scam where Ghana lost over 1.2 billion Ghana cedis of which they have refused to pay back.
The Ghana Post Digital Address (GPS) scam where the vice president Dr Bawumia paid 110 billion cedis to be installed whereas Asaase GPS was available for use by all Ghanaians for free, meaning it was of no use to have introduced a new one.
Also talking about the past PPA CEO, Mr Adjenim Boateng Adjei, who was found in an investigation by CHRAJ with 340 million cedis but couldn't explain how that money got into his account.
Sammy Gyamfi Esq. also said that if the NPP under the leadership of Nana Akuffo Addo have short memories, they don't. So before he would attack the NDC government, they shouldn't forget they also have all their fraudulent acts records and that they would all account for these monies they stole and keep stealing from Ghanaians one by one.
He said Akuffo Addo and his government has messed up totally and that Ghana has lost billions of cedis because of how greedy the sitting president and the NPP government are.
More to come...
